Languages will advance your career: on the way up, strong knowledge of languages is a must. For this reason, English is an important part of all bachelor degree courses.
English is taught for 6 semesters. Students with advanced English proficiency (Cambridge Advanced Certificate or TOEFL) or with mother-tongue English have the opportunity to complete the entire “Business Administration” course in English. For all bachelor degree courses in German, the internationally accredited TOEIC test will form part of the English module.
Students without fear of non-European languages have the opportunity to study Chinese as an elective at the HWZ. The lessons will be held during off-hours and cover several levels of proficiency.
Thanks to the cooperation with Universities abroad, the students have the opportunity to broaden and apply their learned language skills during a student exchange semester.
