Matthias Mölleney
After 20 years with Lufthansa, Matthias Mölleney came to Switzerland in 1998. He was a member of the Swissair group management and acted as the human resources manager for Swissair, Centerpulse and Unaxis. He is a guest lecturer at the University of St. Gall and other national and international Universities. He is the author of the book “Die Zukunft möglich machen” and several publications on the topic of human resources management, change management and leadership. In 2005, he founded the consulting firm peopleXpert gmbh in Uster which focuses on the development and introduction of modern human resources management concept as well as consulting companies and managers through changes. Since early 2010 he is the head of the Center for Human Resources Management & Leadership at the HWZ.
